A user-friendly workshop in two hour-long sessions, a week apart.

Participants learn a “new language” of parenting that honors a child’s feelings while allowing parents to “do” less, and “get” more results, then go home, “practice”  for a week with their child, and come back the next week for feedback..

What participants say:

“My husband and I met Ellen at a workshop at the “Y” and took our “practice week” between sessions to heart...  We found that if you put your effort into working (and working things out) with your children on their level, it works...  We’re still working on it, but Ellen’s workshop gave us the tools to problem-solve with a positive outcome for both our child and us.”

(Abbe and her husband took the Parenting Workshop at the YMCA, recommended it to their son’s pre-school, & then took it again!)

“I really LOVED your workshop.  I use that “talk” with my son still and it really has helped.
